We ordered this unit with hopes of recording our band live and in studio. It works great as a live mixer, but if you try to download the drivers from Mackie and use it with your DAW as a multitrack interface as advertised it will not work. This problem is specific to Windows 11 as far as I can tell because we did get it to work on an older computer with Windows 10 but that computer is not available anymore and we are stuck with a $1000 mixer that does not work properly. Unfortunately Mackie tech support is unwilling to help other than to tell us we have to PAY to ship it to their repair center, even though we did nothing wrong except decide to buy this brick. They haven't updated their USB drivers since 2021 so I'm sure that's the problem, even though Mackie tech support wanted to argue. Will never purchase another Mackie product again.
