Loud, proud and full of sound. This thing will blow the roof off any size gig, garage, room, or studio. I'm serious. This thing is amazing. Tones galore for any type of guitar player. Bogner+Line6=Win
Sound
The tones on this thing are peak. I love it. It's loud as well. My friend has a old Crate 50TD and the valve blows this out of the water! Seriously, it's a loud amp. Tone wise it's great! From wet and heavy deathcore/metalcore sound to a crunchy dry hardcore sound. It is a tube amp, comes with 2 power and 2 pre's. Seriously comes pretty damn equiped. This thing has the best.
Features
I only have a Boss ML-2 for it so I haven't fully utilized the amp to it's full potential with the FBV MKII pedal that's out but I will say i can see myself picking one up very soon.
Ease of Use
Very easy. It's a modeling amp so it's got the Line 6 ease of finding your certain level of distortion, eq it, and add effects (if you need em) and go. You can program your own personal presets as well. It already comes with about 16ish factory presets the rest are defaults which i took the liberty of making a load of different channel presets for my own function and some fun ones too. You can rename them as well, if you'd like, so you can throw your own fun and class into it. For example I made a channel that says Alan's Setting, basically the setting I personally enjoy using for writing and playing with.
Quality
The thing is heavy as a dead weighted obese zombie, but it's very well made and very well protected for the speaker and tubes. No break in my amp = no break in whoever droped it's face.
Value
Ok so this thing is a tad on the spendy side. But for what your getting I'm a bit suprised that it ain't a tad more expensive. Basically put, the price is large but fair.

The Wow Factor
It does have a very good look to it. Lots of black, blue, amber, and smoke color. Very nice, very good shine, very beautiful.

BOUGHT ONE FROM ZZOUNDS A YEAR AND A HALF AGO, VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SOUND THEN.......ALSO GOT THE SHORTBOARD CONTROLLER, NO PROBLEMS.......JUST RECENTLY RE-TUBED IT AND SET THE BIAS TO FACTORY SPECS......WOW!!!!!!!!! THIS AMP HOWLS VERY RESPONSIVE TOOK IT OUT OF THE SANCTUARY, AND PUT MY HALF STACK THERE I'M KEEPING THIS CLOSE TO MY STUDIO.

Sound
It sounds great loud and it sounds great at low volume as well. I always thought of Line 6 as 'Metal' sounds, with other sounds an after thought. Not so. This thing nails the cleaner type amps like Fender and Vox. Love the clean Marshall and HiWatt, and the the blues tweed type amps are awesome. I got the short board and they gave me a lot more effects which seem pretty good as well. All this is great, but throw tube punch and break-up and it's an awesome combo!!
Features
I'm pretty sure this amp will replace not only carrying 2 amps to gigs but I think I can nix the pedals as well. I can see a 1 trip into the gig scenario!!!!! I see it as usefull in all types of situations from small bars, to outdoor gigs running through a board or places where i need to run as quiet as possible!! I do wish I could run more effects at one time though. I haven't tried using extension speakers with it.
Ease of Use
Once I got set up with the short board on my computer, which was fairly easy for a non-computer guy, it is really easy to get the tone I want. I like that I can play something as a loop, then tweak the settings as needed which saves a ton of set-up time!
Quality
Like the other guy, I'm getting a case. I was a little disappointed that it didn't have a cover. But it seems pretty solid built.
Value
This thing is gonna make me money, and save me money!

"Spider Valve MkII 112"
I love this amp, the clean tones are very rich indeed. I live in an apartment building and can still get great tone on my guitars - including my acoustics. I play mainly blues and folk so don't often venture into the insane settings except by accident when tweaking the hundreds of pre-installed tones.

I've used Line 6 for over 10 years. They get a lot of negative reviews. I think that once you find your sound with them, you won't go back. I had the Spider Valve half stack. I wanted to down size to something more easier to lug around to practice and gigs. This combo is perfect. Built in effects and loud as you want it. Some of the effects aren't that powerful, but gets the job done. Spend the time to dial your sound and you can nail any tone. Shimmering cleans to crushing metal. Get a footswitch and life just got easy.

"Truly impressed"
I have been playing for 30 years. I started very young. I've had so many amps, and I can tell you, I really do love this amp. It is a guitarists dream. It is meant for variety, and it delivers. Great tones, over and over. It is so good. Good for you, Line 6. I really did think line 6 were garbage, but once I saw that they had teamed up with Bogner, that peaked my interest. I bought the original Spider Valve, and I was impressed with that. When I saw that there was the MKii, I didn't even play it, I traded in my original,walked out the door, and haven't looked back. They took everything that needed fixing on the original,and produced an outstanding piece of gear. I've read crappy reviews for this amp, and I shake my head. Amateurs. All the guys in my band have been playing for quite awhile, they've seen alot of gear, and they absolutely love the tones I'm pulling out of this amp with my les paul. Great amp. I almost didn't write this review, because you might get one too. (kidding)
Sound
I have owned this amp for awhile now. I think it takes time to truly get to know a product. This amp has 16 amp models, and tonight I decided to just sit down, put it in manual mode, and explore the amp models one by one.By changing the drive level and eq'ing each model you get to truly experience each model, and I was truly blown away at how unique each model is from another. I was getting excellent tones from so many of the amp models. This amp is capable of so many different and convincing sounds. I am SO impressed!

There are so many useful features on this amp. It is late, I am tired, I won't get into it, but i will say this is a professional tool, built for professionals. If you can't find what your looking for on this amp, you just don't know how to find it.
Ease of Use
very easy to find great sounds. Start from the basics. Go into Manual mode, turn off all the effects, and start from there.
Quality
This is a very attractive amp. To me, it says, "I take this seriously, I am a musician." Build quality is excellent. Look is stylish.
Value
This is not a cheap amp. You also have to buy the foot controller to fully utilize the amp. It's costly,alright, but what do you expect for a pro amp?
