"It may take some getting used but it's more than worth it"

This amp has an amazing tone for any kind of music, just give yourself a couple of hours to learn how to navigate the presets and to dial in your own tone. A good idea would be to go to the Line 6 website where you can find a list of all the presets and where they are located. This amp should last me a good decade or so. If it was stollen I would immediatly go out and buy another one.
Sound
Every thing I play sounds amazing (however I don't usually use anything midgain so I can't speak for that), I play a wide variety of music and just about anything I can imagine in my head I can accomplish through this amp. Whenever I was using my Marshall I had to fight with it to get a tone that I enjoyed and whenever I played live it would always loose it's tone whether I was playing sparkling clean or metal it would just get lost in the mix. This amp retains it's punch and continues to impress me.
Features
There are 7 effects (3 simultaneously), and you can save up to nine sets of four tones (which I didn't know about until I had the amp in my possession). Then there are also plenty of presets for any style of music.
Ease of Use
This is the amps only down fall, the manuel certainly isn't the best one I've ever read. Then the navigation is all done by a little four directional pad. So it takes some time to get familiar with the amp and make it your own, but once you do the navigation the ease of use is phenomenal. So really it's just the start up that kills the rating.
Quality
This amp is nice and heavy, but not too heavy, and it's interior is metal. I put it at a nine because the 'faceplate' seems like it's made out of hard plastic instead of metal.
Value
This is worth every penny, I couldn't ask for more.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to contact support so I do not know.
The Wow Factor
This thing is sexy as hell, it has led's all over it and is one of the first things people notice whenever I'm at a gig.

"Worth the money"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Over all this is a good amp, i recomend you get it if you are looking for a head that has alot of effects and the pre sets are awsome, you wont need to buy a heap of pedals, but it could use a Channel up and down one that comes with it, but you can buy on seperat i am very happy with my buy and feel that the money i spent went to a good amp !
Sound
So i got this amp about a week ago and am pretty impressed, the quality of the sound is very good, it makes most things i play sound better, alot better that the peice of crap Behringer vampire LX210 that i took back to the shop beacuse it simply sucked. It can get pretty loud, not as loud as some other halfstacks but good enough for giging with a mic on it. I rated it a 9 beacuse the back seems to get REALLY hot after about 20 mins of playing it loud.
Features
it has quiet a few fetures, a few effects and around 400 pre sets, it has different soundsto suit soft clean tunes to a heavy brutal sound, it can do pretty much anything and with the pre sets you can sound like your fav artists. it has reverb etc. with the effects it really saves me having to buy heaps of pedals.
Ease of Use
well first off i will cover the ease of moving it around. asuming this is for the head and cab, the head isnt to heavy at all and easy to move around. the cab could use a bit of work, if it came with wheels it would make life so much easyer but at least it has handels on the side, it isnt very heavy compared to some other cabs. So the ease of getting a good sound of of this amp is VERY easy, beacuse of the pre sets on the amp you can serch through and get the sound an artist uses that u want in about 2 mins. or you can fiddle around with the knobs and make a sound you like , in about 2 mins aswell, its jsut so easy. it has 4 channels to store and sound u want in it so if u buy the additional foot pedal you can go from a Blues sound to a metal sound.
Quality
The quality is great! i feel i have really got my moneys worth. the sound is great. it can get anoying when the back of the head gets so hot so fast but really it doesnt matter that much. since i havent had it for long i cant say that its so reliable. but i bet it is, it is made great. it has a year warenty so if it does happen to break the guys from line 6 will send u a new one, but liek it will break. it looks like the amp that will last u a long time and i have heard a heap of positibe reviews about it. the only problem i have is this amp doesnt like to ge tas loud as some other amps, but if you play a gig chances are it will be miked and you wont need to tuen it past 4.
Value
YES it is so worth it. for all the eddects and the awsome sound you can get from it, it is so worth every penny, you could be paying so much more for a amp that is jsut as good. and it doesnt even cost that much !
Manufacturer Support
I havnt had to deal with line 6 about the amp having problems but they would probibly be nice ! so ill rate a 9.
The Wow Factor
This amp jsut looks so good ! everything jsut looks awsome the dark mesh on the cab and front of the head make it it looks so good, all the knobs on the head are jsut awsome to looks at. everyday i walk into the room where my line 6 spider 3 is and i look at it. it is jsut such a good looking amp.
