I dont play out anymore and just needed a good amp for jamming at home with lots of options. This amp fit the bill perfect. Tons of amp models and effects. Some of the presets are good and some are not so good but the real fun with this amp is creating and tweaking your own patches. Line 6 recently updated there spider app and now you can edit patches from your pc which is set up very cool and makes it really easy to edit patches. I also purchased the Fbv Express pedal with my amp and that also adds on 6 wah effects to mess with as well. One of my favorite things about this amp is the volume knob. This amp can be as quiet as you need. It doesnt go straight from a whisper to loud like alot of amps. Which makes it perfect for playing late at night without headphones. Im very satisfied with this amp and would highly recommend it.

Excellent models and effects. I mainly use the 5150 (miss criminal), jcm 800 and plexi amps. I like the blue compressor instead of the standard comp and use the 2x12 match cabinet instead of the defaults with each model. I like most that the drive (gain) knob works like a real amp - other modelers I have used needed a new preset configured to properly emulate different gain levels properly. With the spider V, I can use a single preset and roll back or push up the gain with the knob and have it sound like the real amp would.
