Tone is classic tube

Built like a tank.

I have played for over 40 years and I can say this is one of the best kept secrets in the amp world.

Have not needed to deal with company, but I have to believe they havn't been around as long as they have for having bad service.

Fantastic looking, not a typical Kustom look but very rich looking.

this amp sounds great! I don't really play with a lot of overdrive, I just set it to the point if I play hard it starts to od. I ordered a Peavey Windsor before this but it was damaged when I received it, returned it and got this. it does benefit from a reverb pan change imo, I put in an Accutronics tank I had in my Fender and is sounds way better.

optional foot switch.. don't need it anyways. master bypass switch is great! bright switch, presence, and boost are all good features.

no stupid amp modeling or built in effects that I'll never use! just a tube amp with great sound.

never dealt with Kustom so don't know.

it's a beautiful amp and sounds great... never had any "sex appeal" for an amp or guitar.
