Sound
The sound coming out of the speaker is distorted.
Features
Not bad, but for the price, I would expect the thing to turn itself off after a brief period of non-use to save the batteries. Speaking of which, I consider 4 AAA batteries much less convenient that 1 single 9v.
Quality
Feels cheap to me.
Musical Background:
Professional drummer
Musical Style:

"BEATLAB... The name speaks for itself..."
I handle it with TLC...
Sound
The sound is not bad, the owner's manual stated the unit was designed for high volume thru use of headphones (which I take the sound was catered to better produced sound with headphone output).
Features
The most feasible features are ALL included the Training, Chain and Program. All are invaluable if utilize, which will aid in develope your skill. I wish the unit would have been mountable. Not the best design, like one viewer stated it does feel cheap.
Ease of Use
I have used it thru my P.A. system and Roland TD20, not bad at all for practice situation. The manual was clean cut (if read). This really is a practical unit for all purpose practice rudiments, phrasing, subdiving, counting and reading music. I use it for both my instruments Drums and Bass practice.
Quality
Cheap built. The worst for me is not designed to mount.
Value
I bought; however; 69.99 would be a price.
Manufacturer Support
Have not need to contact the manufactor.
