What else is there to say about this thing?!? Slight learning curve? Yes! But if you are an amp owner, you'll figure this thing out immediately. You can get in depth too if you want. Find the right profiles for you and you're off. I haven't had this much fun playing guitar in a long while. Between the thousands of dollars in amps and pedals I own, this is my go to.

I was skeptical of the claims of and about the Kemper Profiling Amp, and ordered the box from zZounds, knowing I could depend upon their return policy, had I bee disappointed. To my amazement, the Kemper has proved to be everything and more than it claims to be. There are numerous reviews to be found, and the positive things they say are all well-deserved. This is one revolutionary, well-thought out, and well-implemented piece of gear.

I never thought it'd be so easy to get an amazing tone. I've used a ton of amp sims and have had my fair share of pods, and this thing absolutely destroys them. I've already received some free goodies via beta update, and the community seems to be pretty amazing. You'll wish you had bought one of these years ago.

Does everything I could possibly want it do. Sound quality is stellar. Tried Line 6 and found the Kemper to be much better. A small learning curve but well worth it given the quality of the sound.

So, to begin with, I will just let you know that this is AMAZING! I have some important thoughts that you may find that this is not for you. I am tardy to the party on the Kemper thing (lol). I was reluctant for so long because, I LOVE the sound of a good power section and all of the things that come out of it (saturation, dynamics, harmonics etc)Now that I pulled the trigger on this, I am very happy overall. The one thing that I didn't consider, and this is 100% my fault, so no rating plummets because of my own ignorance (what a concept huh?) I digress.HERE IS THE BIG THING I DID NOT CONSIDER: The profiling is great but it is worth repeating from others that have already said this but I tuned it out, and that is; The profiles are ONLY A SNAPSHOT of those settings. Here is what I mean: Profile an Orange Rockerverb with everything and Noon. Turning up the gain, or volume on the Kemper IS NOT THE SAME AS DOING SO ON THE RVerb. They then sound COMPLETELY different.I profiled, my RV MKII, OR15 (Through PPC212 w/ Creambacks)MY EVH Black Stealth w/Matching Cab came out Unbelievable! Even the gain matched for a little while. But at some point it WILL sound MUCH different accept for the Original Profile Settings.Other than that, I couldn't be happier with this unit! SO MANY FREE PROFILES AVAILABLE!Britt, STL and several others offer some great profiles but they are not free.If you buy this, I would definitely start with the free profiles because some of them are actually very usable!

When you plug in and play great profiles (Amp Factory are great) you won't for a second think you are playing anything but a tube amp. Record in minutes. Setup and grab the soul of your own amp into this device as a "rig" through a process called "profiling". Amazing. Or get the word done by others, free or bought. Amazing. You can play in headphones, play through your monitors, gig live, etc. Muse tours with 2 of them. The Interface is easy as pie to use and tweak. Very portable. You will sell most or all of your amps after pofiling them. I did. Cured me of my GAS.

The Kemper is phenomenal. It can dial me in any tone I will ever need. I'm only a 20 year old guy and I can say this wonderful box will be a friend for life.
