Great sound, great fun! This beautifully made little bass is as fun to play as it is nice to hear. I bought it for an 11 year old, but have enjoyed playing it more than any other bass I've played. It sounds great acoustically, and even though the rubber strings feel a little weird, they really work.

I bought this for at home practice. I liked the fact that I could just play it unplugged for working on cover songs. I play in a band and also do sub work, so I am constantly learning new songs. What really blew my mind was when I plugged it into my rig. WOW!!! this little baby really pumps out the bass. Is it ideal for every song or situation? No, but I have played it entire sets with my cover band, and it gets rave reviews. There are nicer models out there, and I may look into a 5 string at some point, but for the money, this one is a solid winner. If you have ever been curious about these little bass ukes, then giver this one a try.
