I’m a speaker snob. But I’m not a millionaire. So I’m always looking for audio products that punch way above their weight class. These Kalis are amazing, period. Not “for the price” or “for the size.” They’re just amazing. I have them set up on my desktop, for both mixing and general music listening. I just set them up less than 5 min), played with computer audio settings, and dialed in the most gratifying listening experience I can remember having with such a setup. I’ve been using Cody Fry’s Symphonic album, since I love his songs/production/mixes. Holy smokes, everything sounds amazing.

I have a small room I AM definitely a person these are supposed to help. With out room correction software the low end is super over hyped and the highs are non existent. I have the onboard dsp dip switches set according to the manual and in the neutral position the response is no where near flat and the options to correct it are limited and do not work. Without the room correction software they are worthless. With the are meh at best and I’m to busy at the moment to ship them back so I’m stuck with them. If you just want something for entertainment purposes they might be a good fit but for mixing audio I definitely would recommend looking elsewhere.
