Sound
Sounds very good; definatly worth the money over the JRX series... at high volumes might need to equalize the highs down as they can cause the ears to ring. Pretty good bass response, work excellent when crossed over around 80-85hz
Features
like dual speakon; wish had 1/4inch input as well
Ease of Use
plug it in
Quality
No problems yet done approx 10gigs with it
Value
you pay for what you get; it seems a lil high at first but I like
The Wow Factor
nice looking professional grill and look to the speaker

Sound
I have used a pair of these for 3 months now in my mobile rig.(40 Shows) Pros: Very loud, Very Very clear, very light. Cons: The highs "can" get harsh, a little short on bass, a tad pricey. For weddings I have used a single pair in a hall that held 300 people and they filled the room with great sound. For karaoke these are absolutely the best sounding speakers I have ever used. The vocal just pops right out. For live bands they are also very good. Last week I ran an entire mariachi band,(that was a first) including three horns and they were excellent except the bass was just a little thin. As vocal monitors, I don't see why anyone in the world would use anything else. For club DJ's, they will be fine in very small venues but if you need to feel the bass thump in the chest, bring subs. I run a bridged XTI2000 bridged to each speaker and they handle all of the power. (1600W) Tips: Set the EQ's exactly as JBL says. If the highs are harsh, bring down the EQ just a tad. Watch the grills, they can ding easily.
Features
I wish the grills were tougher but that would add t the wieght,
Ease of Use
The documentation is excellent.
Quality
No issues so far in 40 shows.
Value
I use Peavey SP2's for anything that needs more bass but does not require subs. Do these sound as good as the SP2? For everything except dance\club music yes. They are a perfect comprimise because they are only 43LBS each. Less then half of the SP2.
