I ordered a used one last month "it was all they had" lol, but when I received it looked like new, and when I plugged it in WoW it totally surprised me with its really clean deep sound as well as the clean tone it gave. I have been DJing for over 10 years I have another pair of 15" powered subwoofers but they don't have the power this JBL has and this JBL blew them away. Now when they get the JBL IRX115S back in stock I am ordering another one.

I don't really review things I buy but there's not a lot of reviews for this sub. This sub pounds! I got it running with 2 QSC compact 12s and it sounds absolutely perfect together. Im very happy with this JBL subwoofer. I've only used it for 5hrs so far but the party was rocking!

DJ, some production

Bought this have used it at over a hundred events since I got it last month , things pushes hard put it on aux 3 of the presonus and I run my kick and bass to the sub nothing else , keeps the sub safe from top end eq and to save sub life I out gating on it to give it more structured signal.

Nice looking sub. Too bad it lacks output power. I bought one to go with my jbl rx112bt tops, and it would clip right away very easily. Since my tops have this flaw of not being able to pair within the first time of pressing the pairing buttons I decided to use a harbinger mixer that I've acquired. But as soon as I raised the volume via the mixer at two o clock the sub would start to clip. What is this subwoofer good for if I can't raise the volume to a desirable level. I guess I'm gonna pass on buying the other one to have the pair.
