First of all I can't sat enough about zZounds I buy lots from them and have NEVER had an issue. Now comes the bad news. Don't buy this sound bar it is GARBAGE plan garbage. For $1200.00 you should get an exceptional product. BUT YOU DON'T /Had a Yamaha before that was about 350.00 much better . Again this is NOT zZounds fault
