I am gonna keep this one for life. If lost or stolen, I will replace it. Ibanez really did a teriffic job on this one
Sound
The EQ on this is simple but very effective. You just barely turn the knobs and the response is there.
Features
I was a little disappointed because its did not include any allen wrenches...But come on, Gold Hardware is high quaility. Bridge is very solid.
Ease of Use
LOTS of tone. 2 knobs for tone. Simple but, Huge range, EQ is very responsive, just a slight turn and a big change. The neck is smooth. Neck thru body, It's got that little hump on the back of the neck just above the nut. You only see this on high end instruments.
Quality
Let it warm up before you play. I bought it in December, it was shipped UPS ground. I live n Iowa. It was delivered, ICE COLD. This wasn't a problem just a warning. Give it time to warm up before you start adjusting it. Once it warmed up, I didn't have to adjust it at all. Action is great. No Buzz. The gold knobs were a bit loose. 5 min later, everything was tightened up and smooth. I say 5 min, cuz it took me 4 min to find the right allen wrench.
Value
I've compared it to all in it's price range and some even higher. Best bang for the buck. I would have bought a Musicman if I had $1700 to spend, but this is a great alternative. If you value your money, Buy this bass, you won't be disappointed

The Wow Factor
I love it. It's sleek, Not as bulky as a P-Bass. The woods are beautiful, a great contrast of color. I love gold hardware. I can't imagine putting chrome or black hardware on this instrument. The online pictures don't give the rich cherry colors justice.

VERY smooth playing..fast action, you have to fine tune it yourself..great pick ups...i like emg.'s...but these are pretty hot..i'm playing it through a carvin pro 100..the different tone range is perfect for me..alternative rock, metal, funk, classic rock, jazz...the price on this seams way to low, now that i own one...i think i got an incredible deal.....
