"BEST DEAL ON ZZOUNDS.COM"

Pickups are clear and balanced, tuners seem to be an 18-1 ratio, parts are simple and solid, great sustain, great tone, very versatile pick up selection, and the tones hold up with 12-62 strings on it. I will buy another one of these for standard tuning when this one is paid off. If i didn't love the other guitars i have i would sell them and buy a few more of these. great play-ability 10 out of 10 and i will get another one.

"EASILY WORTH DOUBLE THE PRICE!!!"

This guitar was a total impulse buy and I’m so glad I bought it! It’s easily worth twice the price of it. Can’t get too many mid tier guitars that are neck thru with decent pickups and a 5-way switch that has a fast and slim neck at this price. I mostly play baritone 6 strings and 7 strings but I needed a 25.5” scale for drop C and this is perfect for it with 10-54 strings. I did upgrade the nut with a Graphtech tusq nut and Hipshot locking tuners with knurled tuner buttons and looks even more badass while staying in perfect tune! I have an Ibanez rgib6 Iron Label 28” baritone and this is up there with that as far as quality and playability. The stock pickups aren’t bad at all and definitely surprised me cuz that’s usually the first thing I’ll change in an inexpensive guitar. As you can see by the other reviews people say it’s a great guitar and they’re not lying so if you’re on the fence about getting it then go for it! You won’t be disappointed at all and if for some reason you are then zZounds has a return policy within like 30-45 days so you won’t be stuck with a guitar you don’t love.

Ive had this one for a few months, and its become one of my favorites. For the price, it sounds decent right out of the box, 2 splittable Quantum humbuckers and a 5 way switch. Lots of tones. The hardware is cheap, but thats to be expected at this price point. Youll want to throw some decent tuning machines on it, but other than that it's a very solidly built guitar, highly customizable. I put two evolution humbuckers in it to give it a little more response, but the Quantums really arent bad at all!

"My favorite guitar"

I was completely surprised when this became my favorite. The neck is incredible. You can hit every fret with ease all the way down. I did switch out the pickups (the originals weren't bad, I just wanted a dif sound) added locking tuners. After those changes, it became my daily play. I even picked up another one in brown for playing lower tunings. The paint has started to chip in a few places but that could be from playing hard. Overall incredible guitar and unmatched at this price point.

I have a lot of good to say about this guitar, So I will get the bad out of the way first.Tuners were as terrible as you would expect. tons of play and inconsistent movement. B seemed to slip and G seemed to Grind. Quickly swapped for Hipshot locking. Pickups are pretty dead feeling. I imagine power chords through a hot amp would chug adequately. But I also swapped them out immediately.Paint is barely there. But it is there. some flecks of it rubbed off and a few pokey wood fibers caught your hands at first. The problem is really minor. After just a few good plays, your hands should basically polish the rough spots smooth. You're getting a lot of guitar for $430, and anything not related to being an excellent workhorse is not included on this guitar.So. Cheap tuners, Lifeless Pick ups, thin paint. Now for the Good!Everything you love about PLAYING an ibanez is here. the wizard neck, flat fretboard and super high access neck joint are a delight. the guitar feels amazing in your hands. It balances well and it is not super heavy. The sustain is noticeable and impressive. Frets came smooth with no sharp overhangs and no need to polish or level. Set up out of the box was more than playable. the guitar looks and feels great. I can not think of a guitar I would recommend more for a beginning Metal Player, Or advanced player who just needs a workhorse of a guitar.
