"Wanna look great and sound great?!?"

I'm looking to get a Rickenbacker 4001 in a little while but until that day comes this will be my gig piece, recording piece and my bed-mate. As long as it still plays I'm sure I'll be playing this bass well into my golden years!
Sound
This bass sounds amazing, great for the heavy metal I play. This will produce no sound when I hook effects pedals up to it though. Not sure if it's just mine or if it is like that with everyones. I'll have to do more testing.
Features
Wish it had active pickups.
Quality
This bass looks amazing, and it feels very sturdy. I've yet to really give it a beating, I guess I'll find out in a couple years how reliable it is.
Value
I got this bass (with case) for around $550. With the great looks and sound this bass has it was totally worth it. Get one!
Manufacturer Support
I haven't contacted them yet about the pedal problem so I'm just gonna give 'em a five.
The Wow Factor
I just recently got an Ibanez Destroyer 85' model bass and the looks on this bastard just destroys it. Up against any of my bass guitars the Iceman kills 'em all!

"I am happy."
As long as I am happy with it, that's all that counts for me.
Sound
I tried a Schecter bass, and a Rock Bass of the same price range, and I chose the Iceman for the bright crystal sound. Passive pick ups are looked down upon, but it saves you having to change the battery so often, and the sound is slightly different than the Schecter with Active pick ups.
Features
Three knobs was good enough for me. Upper pick up, bridge pick up, and the tone. Keep it simple.
Ease of Use
For my style of playing, it's easy to get the sound I want with the IceMan Bass. The action was pretty good, perfect for the slap sound when I strike the strings against the frets.
Quality
The sunburst color is perfect for me. The quality is great. I feel like this bass is going to last a long time.
Value
Decent price. I got mine for 325.00 out the door.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't met the guys, but since I got my bass from GC, they told me I could return it if something was wrong with it within 30 days, and I'm cool with that. 30 days is good enough timing to tell whether the bass is going to give you problems in the future.
The Wow Factor
The body shape is unique, unlike any other bass. Very desireable. Shavo from SOAD uses an ICEMAN.

"Buyer beware"
Ibanez should put better care in creating a proper Ibanez Iceman bass. They should actually stop discontinuing their good products, and stop putting out cheap feel and sounding products such as this.
Sound
I'm not sure if my review will stay up but here it goes. First off the bass looks great, I'm a huge fan of the Iceman body. It is one of the best classic designs ever. To be honest I was rather disappointed with this ICB200. For one the sound did not project as well as previous basses I've owned. If the wood of the bass does not compliment the pick ups or the rest of the design, whats the point. It actually felt like a piece of press board with wet noodles on it as strings. The bass was set up very well, but it did not project sound. When I hit a low F on the E string I was expecting some bass or growl, but instead got a slight wimper. This bass is for beginners who just wanna look cool, and aren't concerned too much with sound. I really wanted to like this bass, I actually had it on hold for myself, but when I tried it, I was so let down. Guys look for the ICB500. You can't buy them anymore, but if you want a reall ICEman bass save your money and find an ICB500. Anything less is a waste. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Features
They were typical of a bass of this Type
Quality
Good for beginners trying to look cook. Really just Very light wood, bad cut of tree, like a piece of cardboard with wet noodles as strings.
Value
This ICB200 is worth what the code says $200. The looks are all it has going for it.
Manufacturer Support
What excuse could support possibly give for this piece of work
The Wow Factor
This product looks good only, very sexy as the ICEman design always has been. Quality is needed. This product is very cheap and not worth it.
