I went through a few different amp heads and pedal board amps before finally settling on the Hotone Mojo Attack. I'm currently running it through an 8ohm Fender 12" cab, as well as direct in a couple other situations. One live situation I had it both in my cab behind me, and lined into the PA to fill out the three-piece. Got ton of compliments on my 'smooth distortion' sound. With a three-piece you gotta fill it up, but try to avoid distorted noise. I have a behringer OD pedal into a behringer EQ pedal for a convenient configuration that works for me. Still experimenting on the delay through the effects loop, or at the end of the inbound pedal.Regarding volume, like I said, I'm running into 8ohm 12" so I'm not getting the full 75 watts, but in rehearsal it was more than enough, and would be more than enough in a two-guitar band running through cab only. But in a 3-piece I like a little guitar lined in the PA - this is perfect and allows for both. So volume is not problem. I get the tone I want, controlled feedback, etc. The built in reverb isn't 'the best' but I'm using it barely on. Sounds too 'large' for my tastes, but it would be easy to use a reverb pedal based on tastes. Fine for me at this point and convenient that it's there until I WANT to add a pedal.I see no reason to send this back and LOVE that I don't have to haul a big amp head or cabinet around. Too old for 4x12s, prefer single 12 and line in - this allows it and does it for me! Likely buy another one as a backup, but in no hurry so may wait to see if they come out with a newer model. Either way, I like the idea of having a second one available if needed.

Very capable and convenient. I have used it for my live rig and it sounded great. Everyone was curious about it since I had a Marshall 1960 4x12 cab with no head. Simple controls and easy operation. If you like a simplistic setup, like I do, this will work great for you. There are some minor drawbacks as the reverb is maybe too "big," (a spring tone would be preferable to the hall sound it has) and the Mesa channel is pretty dark (it doesn't really open up until gain and channel vol is about at 2 o'clock). But it does have surprisingly good tone for what it is. I'm gonna keep using it for a while for practice and (hopefully soon) shows. Got one of those little Pelican knock-off cases for it at harbor freight. The unit and power cable fit right in it snugly. Then, I put the speaker and instrument cables in my guitar case and I'm ready to go! Easy, effective live setup. Check it out!
Sound
The "Fender" side of the amp sounds clear, big, and pretty true too its origin. It can even get a nice grit going if you push the gain. This channel can sound good at any volume. However, the "mesa" side suffers a bit from being a bit too dark. It doesn't really seem to come alive until you get the volume up to a point that is practice or stage volume. This is a big drawback if you wanted this unit as a bedroom/apartment practice amp. Otherwise, once you get it up there, it does open up and get some really great sounds.
Features
It's very handy having a two channel amp in such a compact form. The added boost works great and the whole unit is very easy to dial in. It also sound great used as a DI into a DAW for recording purposes. Another setback I will mention is the reverb. It is way too big; very "hall" sounding. A nice spring-style would've fit this much better.
Ease of Use
It's easy to get awesome sounds from this as long as you're in a place you can play loudly. As previously stated, the clean side can work at any volume but the gain channel takes some pushing to get closer to that true Mesa tone.
Quality
Product is built like a tank. You can feel the quality in the weight of it. I've had this one for close to two years now and it has worked perfectly and without issue.
Value
I can't quite say it's worth the going rate right now. Perhaps the price will drop in time. I'm hoping they'll make some tweaks to it and give us a 2.0 version soon as the reverb, darkness of tone, and the need to push the volume can be quite a speed bump for some. But I will add that I'm glad I have one and I do use it about as regularly as any of my other amps.
Manufacturer Support
I have not had to deal with the company, hence the 3-star rating.
The Wow Factor
It looks good, has the potential to sound really good, it's built exceedingly well. Even small touches like the LED lights that run while it's on adds to the experience. I'll certainly keep this as an excellent backup to my main rig. Or, when I can start playing live again, I wouldn't hesitate to use this at a show when I just don't feel like carrying a full-size head. Instant live rig, full of features, fits right in the case, and can get a plethora of usable tones. Band life just got a lot easier.

For starters, the clean channel is impressive and the boost gives it that extra push when you need it. The B channel is versatile and does hi gain well. My style is mostly clean then hit the next channel for solos. For this application it works perfectly for me. As always, try different configurations-the effects loop or right into the input jack as its a toss up on what will sound best for your rig. YMMV.....
