Works like a charm, better to have it and not need it, but let's be honest, we both know you will. Someone in the band always forgets something or brings in new gear, having a set of these handy will be more reliable than split cable adapters or the like. These are better because they create less weight on your connection jacks than other types of adapters when you include the cable weight pulling down on your mic pre or insert jack.
