Well, I got my first Gretsch, a Streamliner 2622T, about 6 months ago. It was a gateway drug that ultimately lead to this guitar, the Electromatic 5565T-QM center block Jr.It sells for $999, but it’s worth every penny. The guitar was ready to play out of the box. Great QC and no defects. The electronics are great. Plays well with high gain without feeding back. And the look…Just Wow!You just can’t go wrong with the new Gretsch Electromatics.
Sound
With high gain, through my Mesa Boogie F30, I can get that searing sound of miles Goodwin on April Wine’s Just Between You and Me.
Ease of Use
This guitar is very easy and intuitive to use. Great pickups.
Quality
High quality with great Fit and Finish.
