This may be something most people overlook, but if you wash your hands and apply this before playing, you'll notice your fretboard hand has a much smoother action. I think this is based on talc powder but it's mixed with a few other things too. One bottle lasts quite a while and it's less than 10 bucks so it's worth it to me.
