I bought this speaker stand because of the price and figured I would never use the Light-Up feature - Who needs lights on a speakers stand - right?! We'll, it turns out WE ALL DO and we just don't know it. yet. I am impressed on how much people and myself like this thing. It really looks awesome - I'm so happy I bought one and I'm buying another to have the pair. Highly Recommended : ) by a 35 Year Veteran DJ.

I use this with a JBL party box 100. The speaker lights up and so does the stand. There is several different modes too for the LEDs including one where they blink with the music. Stand is powered by AC power source. Stand fits the bill perfectly!
