it arrived with a broken nut and I couldn't get it to intonate.the saddles were wrong. I sent it back for a replacement and I hope this next one is in better shape.

don't let my experience stop you from purchasing anything from zzounds. I just got a bad product that was not their fault. I have purchased 4 guitars, 1amp head, 6 piece drum kit, and electric drums. also countless accessories and never had a issue. I would recommend them over any competitors.
