This case fits my 2023 Generation series G 45 acoustic guitar perfectly. When I say perfectly I am referring to the guitar being placed inside experiencing no movement. The padding inside this case meets flush with the body of the guitar. I also have a J 15, same fit inside this case, actually has a closer interior fit than the original Gibson Hardshell case the J 15 came with. An exterior trim is stitched around both the topside and underside around this case, reinforced the way binding reinforces an acoustic guitar. The tolex is covered/protected by this trim so it won't peel. The accessory compartment is deep enough to include a nylon strap, a tuner with extra batteries, a capo, a couple sets of strings, small wire string cutters with a couple inches across the top. Not a small accessory compartment. If you have a slope shouldered J 45 shape Gibson, this is the case you are looking for.
