Everything about this cab is top notch. USA build quality, and stellar performance second to none. You just can't get any better. End of story!
Sound
I am using this as kind of a sub-module. I have a Marshall 1959slpx, 2 Marshall 1960a, and 2 GB 212g-flex on the bottom. Because of the connection options on the Genz, I can run all 4 cabs from my Plexi. The only way to describe it is GOD of THUNDERCHUNK!
Features
Connection options are second to none!

I'll never want anything else!
Sound
I had one of these cabs about 10 years ago with a Hughes and Kettner solid state head and had to sell it to pay bills when I was in college. Now I have a decent job, and a Mesa Dual Rectifier Head. I've blown away guys with half stacks because this cab cuts through anything. The bass player could feel the low end coming out of the ports. Don't let the size fool you, and don't get it unless you have a 4 ohm out on your head. Otherwise you're missing out on some serious power.
Features
The cabinet is solid. Speakers have incredible tone. The handles are key.
Ease of Use
I'm using an '85 Japanese Strat with vintage noiseless pickups and a SD Hot Rails stacked humbucker in the bridge. I use a 3 channel Mesa head and a Boss DS-1 (yes a pedal with a Mesa head, a real faux pas). Basically, plug in and play.
Quality
The one I got was damaged in shipping, but zzounds is letting me exchange it.
Value
Definitely worth it!
Manufacturer Support
Called the manufacturer about the warranty and spoke with Jeff Genz, very friendly!
The Wow Factor

"Rocking with Genz Benz"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

Choose cab because it is a 2 12 and can move it with ease. I wanted a ported cab and the cab and speakers are made in the usa. The construction/fit and finish is great. Would replace this product if lost or stolen.
Sound
Sounds great, unlimited bottom end, great for clean and crushing distortion. No need for a 4 12 cab. The ports make the difference
Features
The handles are in the right place. Will fit in the back of a civic.
Quality
Great quality
Value
Price was the same give or take with other brands.
Manufacturer Support
Had questions, response was quick. Told after I purchased cab to e mail genz benz and give them my comments. What other compny would do that?
The Wow Factor
coolest looking cabinet on the market.

"Looking for a 2x12 that sounds like a 4x12"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I will never have to replace this thing I have found my cab for life.
Sound
I've been playing the G-Flex using my 2 primary amps, Mesa Dual Rectifier Solo Head, El Diablo 100w Head, and the cabinet has enhanced the sound of both of them. The First thing that I noticed was that the mids are accentuated yielding a vocal quality to the sound. This is very useful for leads and definitely contributes to the overall tightness of the sound. It can also be easily dialed out with the amps tone controls if desired. This cabinet also produces more low end than any cabinet that I have ever played.
Features
The G-Flex is an interesting design. There are two primary features that set this cabinet apart. First of all the baffle board (the piece of wood that the speakers are physically bolted into) is "flexed". The causes each speaker to face slightly away from the other. This feature helps to reduce standing waves within the cabinet and provides better sound dispersion, reducing some of the "beaming" of high frequencies that is common with the usual closed back design. The other feature that sets the G-Flex apart is the ported design. There are 4 round ports evenly spaced just below the baffle board. The ports allow more lows and mids to escape the cabinet. The effect is similar to having a semi-open back design, but with the opening being on the front. The G-Flex also features some other conveniences that are more common to other guitar cabs including separate input jacks for mono/stereo operation and 4, 8 & 16 ohm connections (8ohm connections are for stereo operation only)
Ease of Use
The G-Flex weighs in at little over 60 pounds, and with the recessed corner handles is a breeze to carry solo.
Quality
This thing is built like a tank, I take care of my gear haven't had any problems. Great for the rigors of the road and those clumsy roadies. :)
Value
I gave this a ten because when I bought mine they included the cover cables and casters.
Manufacturer Support
Probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with talked with Jeff personally and he answered all my questions and even sent me a email saying thanks. This is a company I hope to see around for a long time they really care about the customers not a lot of company's can say that.
The Wow Factor
