Honored to be the first to review these, either other buyers or too lazy or wanting to keep these headphones secret! I produce progressive trance/house music in similar styles to anjunabeats, sunny lax, oliver smith, dstarr, etc. I read quite many reviews on these and the clears and what drew me towards these was the mid range and not super sub oriented. Wearing them are super comfortable, I have long hair the only annoyance is it little strands of hair in the headphone joint when I take them on/off. Sound the most important part. Wow just wow, I mean they have such an incredible sound stage, that I cannot even fathom what the clears sound stage is like. You thought you loved the sound of Reverb and Delay before, man prepare to just drift away with the perfectly fading reverbs. Since they are semi-open they are technically in a "room" and you definitely get this sense with the FX they are not stale and in your ear like my Audio Techinicas. If you are looking for just really honest headphones these are them, they do not sound good; unless your track/source sounds good! Just like my Adam speakers, honost, and you know KRKs and Audio Techincas are great for giving you a almost finished sound while your sketching your ideas, but in the long run you aren't getting a honost representation of your music. Focals are my new addiction, I will be getting the clears in the future and so on! These have taken my production referencing to 100 levels above where I was before! Only negative comment I can say and you will hear this in every review, is how short the chord is and it makes it extra stiff. Gets less stiff day by day but that length for some people would be a real pisser and have to figure out how to get longer wire to even use them; luckily the length works for me but you may definitely want to purchase a extra wire if they have one on here. Now go make some dope progressive music! PS: Ear Fatigue is near zero from the high end.
