First off, I’ve had zero issues to add insight on “Manufacturer Support”. Great news IMO.As far as everything else, these are the monitors you get when you want to WOW just about anyone listening to them without spending thousands to achieve that sound. I’ve never been so excited to listen to literally anything on them. When I first got them, I put them on our living room TV, while my studio was getting finished and they GENUINELY feel like movie theater speakers. Clear sound with humongous boom making anything coming through then entertaining. After my two months with them:I’ve maybe hit 65-70% max volume on them through my Apollo x6 and feel like I might not be able hear for a few hours LOL they get SO LOUD, but still keep their fidelity. They do however, have some sort of “auto trim” function, once you do go high enough in volume, especially with bass heavy music. Need to research this more as this is either a safety feature or they still haven’t been fully broken in yet which I’m leaning towards the most. If it IS a permanent feature, then this would be my ONLY negative I could say about them, but they get so loud you might not ever get to that point. Also these EASILY go down to 38kHz - they will shake walls a bit!!!YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE!!!! If you somehow are, then you MUST have excessive money to throw away. There’s probably no other monitors that are better for this price or cheaper.

Superb - you easily hear all frequencies and always notice something new in a mix or song

Thankfully haven’t had to get in contact with them - knock on wood

zZounds sent these out and I received them the very next day. Couldn't be happier with the shipment. Let me just say that these monitors are worth every penny. They look amazing in person - the 8" drivers have a beautiful blue-ish, very lightweight cone, and boy do these drivers pack a punch. These monitors produce bass with ease, so if you are lacking in bass in your studio, look no further. The front-firing ports are a huge deal for studios having trouble getting clean, accurate low-end. I don't know how efficient these monitors are but leaving everything in its default state, LF at 0db, HF at 0db, and input sensitivity at 0db, they are louder than any monitors I've ever owned in my home studio. I know because the volume knob on my audio interface is way down compared to any other monitor I've used on my interface. When I say that these monitors produce audio effortlessly, it apparent immediately when you play something through them. The 8" drivers are barely moving, and my studio is shaking....I can only imagine the amount of headroom I have to crank these up to 40 or 50% volume. At 30% volume, these monitors are loud and have a lot of impact, but zero distortion...and they're not even burned-in yet. These shine in every department - the mid-frequencies are beautiful and sound 'meaty'. The best way to describe the sound is 'thick'. There is no shortage of low-end, mids, or highs...and the best part is that you can tune them to your room acoustics with the LF shelving and HF shelving in the rear, with complete control. I'm super-impressed. They are sounding better and better with more and more playback. Focal blew it out of the park with these.
