This pedal didn't work very well for my uses. It has a huge dead spot at the beginning of the pedals movement where it does nothing, then when the volume does start increasing it goes from zero to full volume in very quickly. I didn't care for the taper at all. If you're using it as a simple on and off switch to control feedback during live performances, I'm sure it would be fine. If you intend to use it like a foot controlled version of the volume knob on your guitar, I don't think this is the way to go. For the price it seems pretty well made.
