"Easy to move, easy to adjust, loud enough for most gigs, has line out for concerts, reliable."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Good tone, reasonable volume, pro features but not overly complex, this thing has been a reliable work-horse for me.
Sound
Simple versatile tone controls make adjustment easy. Tone is not affected too much by volume, so you can play clean at both high and low settings. The cheezy lights are part of a current limiting circuit that enhances smoothness and audibility.
Features
Balanced line out with volume is a really helpful thing to have when going direct to PA. Preamp in and out allows easy effect inserts without too much noise. Love the size and the wheels!
Ease of Use
This is as easy as bass amps can get while still including the pro features and versatility.
Quality
Overall, really good after a year of hard regular use. I had to re-tighten the speaker-bolts because they started rattling. Other than that, no problems.
Value
The price-to-performance ratio is great.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed any yet.
The Wow Factor
This isn't too fancy, but it has the working-man's stamp of approval.

"Mr. Gunk"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
It sounds well, the eq. is good, not to many buttons ;). I like everything about this combo! It's not to big and it's not to small, it's perfect if you have it in your room when you're just living with your family! And if you're going to play some music with your friends in the garage or something it's perfect!
Sound
I love the sound of this combo! You can get a very punchy, deep and poweful sound with!
Features
The only thing i want to this combo is wheels! But you get fix it by yourself! And the red light under is pretty cool! I don't know why they have it, though...
Quality
It think it is...
Value
I live in sweden so I bought it in Sweden. This price on this site is VERY low compared to the price in the most music shop sites in Sweden!

"100 watt Fender amp is top notch"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
For the size of it its actually quite light.
Sound
The sound quality from this amp is above and beyond all amps I've ever played on.
Features
It doesn't have built in distortion or octave, but if your amp has it built in, it won't be as good as a distortion pedal anyways so its really just a waste anyways.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use, you can tune it to sound like many different guitars or styles of music.
Quality
Great quality, purest sound out there.
Value
Its definitely worth the money you pay for it, you'll prolly never need to buy another amp.
Manufacturer Support
Good support deals with problems quickly and effectively.
The Wow Factor
BEAUITFUL AMP!!!

"Great amp for the money"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
So far this has been a great amp. I would replace it with another Rumble 100 in a minute.
Sound
I have had this amp for alittle over a year. The sound is pretty good if it gets cranked up more than 3/4 it starts to distort some with active p/u with passive seems to be ok. I run a BP200 processor with this amp and that can cause problems on the upper end also. I have a Rumble 60 that I hook up with this one for playing outside and it preformed better than my Ampeg 200. Great amp!
Features
No accessories came with this amp. A onboard tuner would be a nice touch.
Ease of Use
This amp plays great right out of the box. You can play with the controls to get your sound.
Quality
The fit and finish was great. After a year of draging it around it still looks fairly new nothing has came loose or broken.
Value
It is hard to beat this amp for the price.
Manufacturer Support
Have not delt with Fender on amp problems but they have been great with the guitars. I would expect the same with thier amps.
The Wow Factor
I bought this amp so I did not have to drag around my 2 piece. So far I have not been let down.

Fender Rumble 100 Amp Customer Review

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
This amp is well built and the quality shows in the sound. It lasted longer than the Drive B120V that it replaced. The Drive took a crap in less than 2 hours. And the sound was nowhere near what this Fender produces. If you are considering this amp, buy it, you'll be glad you did.
Sound
The sound is great. It's what you expect from Fender
Features
This amp has features that others in it's class don't have. The effects cycle is neat. And the 4 band eq is killer. And I love the inputs for the MP3 player. This amp is perfect for someone wanting to become good on the bass. Excellent beginner amp with features to keep the advanced player happy
Quality
It's a Fender!
Value
You can't beat this amp for the money.
Manufacturer Support
Don't know but I imagine it's excellent.
The Wow Factor
Just looking at that huge 15" speaker and the quality Fender cabinet make you want it.

Fender Rumble 100 Amp Customer Review

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
For the price, and a 100 watt amp the sound and quality are great. There's enough setting choices to customize it to how you want it to sound.
Features
Only accessory is the red light that can be turned on and will light up with each note. Pretty cool.
Ease of Use
Found this amp to be very easy to use. Knobs are all labeled self explanatory.
Quality
Been using this amp for four years, my friend has had his for about 6 years. Still works like new. Corners are well protected. With proper respect this amp will last you many years to come.
Value
Well worth the cost.
Manufacturer Support
Have never had to contact support. Never had a problem with the amp.
The Wow Factor
My 5th string rumbles the house with this amp... it is pretty sexy. Also, I only had the volume half way up and they heard me two doors down the street.

Value

"Wassail"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Great sound, price and build. If you really want this amp, I would advise buying it. Of course, try it out first.
Sound
I played this at a school concert just yesterday. My band has five people in it, and the sound we git from this product was great. We played in the gym, and the sound really filled the place. Nice lows.
Features
Its got the standard stuff, but those glowing red lights are so danm cool!
Ease of Use
Plug in, dial your tone, play.
Quality
Didn't have much of a chance to check that out( it was four bassists to one amp, and not alot of time in between each preformance), so I have to rate at least a nine b/c its a Fender.
Value
Great product, beats the snot out of my other amp.
The Wow Factor
If i wasn't trying to save money for college right now, I would buy this amp in a heart beat.

"its a fender... what else would you expect?"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
overall a fantastic amp, i would advise anyone on it. although people put it done as a begginers amp, its perfect for medium gigs and loud garage band jamming. i think its probably a little expensice for the average begginer and this kind of amplifier is the way of taking your playing to the next level. to spend that bit extra for it will definately pay off in a band situation. not being heard is a bass players nightmare and frustration, after playing with this the drummer was asking me to turn it down. couldnt get the smile off my face
Sound
Its plenty loud enough for the average garage band and is easily heard over the drums. Main problem with the average bass player is being heard in a 'jam', this amp will resolve your problem...
Features
it is pretty standard features wise. the red light is a nice touch and looks great if your playing on a dark stage, but if your not into it it can always be turned off by a switch at the back. a tuner would of been nice though
Quality
looks and sounds great. kickproof mesh stops this average amp problem, not too say this is an average amp. i had a mate have his marshal damaged because a foot has gone through it during a jam.
Value
bang for buck there is non better. it literally sounds a lot bigger than it is, the 15inch sub has enough bass to make you feel sick. only a bass guitarist would know why thats a good thing...
Manufacturer Support
im about to buy one after hearing and playing the 100 watt many times at a mates place. the company has been pretty easy to get on with and very helpful with where i can pick one up.
The Wow Factor
the black carpet, silver corners and the red light. its a sexy beast, although it doesnt have major 'sex appeal'. it has a different type of appeal because its actually a lot bigger than it looks in photos, and the fact that its fender.
