Fender American Pro II Jazz Electric Bass, Maple Fingerboard (with Case)

Incredibly smooth, yet articulate -- that's Jazz Bass tone! The Fender American Pro II Jazz Bass sports a slim "C" neck profile that's supremely comfortable.

So this plays as beautifully as it looks. No joke. I have the Roasted Pine finish and it is pristine, the neck is smooth the body feels good. Notes have tremendous sustain and clarity and I have no issues getting any kind of tone I need from this.

I have a lot of high-end basses, and I never really cared for Fender guitars until I played one of these. This thing sounds better than any other thing I have. I actually sold my Ric so I could buy this. The neck is fast and the string spacing perfect. Has a nice low action after I set it up. It sustains for day. I could not believe how versatile it is. I played a bunch before buying one from zZounds. I tried a made in Mexico jazz bass and I could feel the difference in quality, so I felt it was worth the extra money. You will not regret buying this bass.
