This bass plays and feels and sounds amazing! Sort of a bonus extra fat low end sound from the humbuckers. The neck feels comfortable, I always liked 4 string basses the best. You can't beat the price for a bass of this quality, don't hesitate and pick one up.

Thanks to zZounds and the approval of their 4 payment plan I own this Blacktop I got the Black model and couldn't be Prouder of the finish and appearance. It arrived in time for a gig I was preparing for and I didn't have to do anything with I don't see what all the fuss is about between Mexican or American made. I have played many basses. It and my schleter five string are all I will ever need now. I purchased the gator case which was delivered the same day but in a different package. I was like a kid at Christmas.. oh wait, it was Christmas.. lol

I have just recieved my bass. Unfortunately i had some high frets. but once it got set up all was golden. the tone is powerful as well. so far thats the only problem ive had
