Just arrived today, and this guitar is even more beautiful in person. The action was like butter right out the case and the sound is amazing in just an hour of playing. Can't wait to explore it more when I get to the advanced features and settings. As a long-time Les Paul player, this is the most I've ever spent on a Stratocaster, and I am hooked. I have spent a LOT with zZounds over the past few years, and I'm grateful for the Play as You Pay program that made this purchase possible right now. I was really surprised when the guitar first arrived! I played it for 5 hours straight. It was as if it came directly from the shop after a technician finished tweaking all the adjustments, It played like butter out of the box. The truss rod adjustment, the nut filings, the intonation, frets - everything was perfect. No buzzing frets, locking tuners kept things in tune, strings were set up perfectly for the neck. This guitar was engineered so well and feels so good I'm free to play the guitar without the guitar getting in the way. I noticed I have quickly become more articulate and can now play faster as well. I can also play things I couldn't play before because of excellent craftsmanship. I'm so impressed with the quality. Playing this guitar has been pure fun and it has all the vintage sounds I was craving!

Photos do not do this justice. The finish is perfect. The action out of the box was one of the best I have played on. There was literally nothing to do but, plug it in and play it.The tone is bright, in the bridge pickups and warmer in the neck.My only wish is the the push button to add the neck pick up to bridge and middle/bridge position was a toggle switch instead. I like to change my knobs and I cannot do that with this one.
