Cant say enough about this guitar. If you want a modern tele with all the updated modern features it's all right here.My biggest letdown with this series was the fretboard was not glossy which I personally like on maple fretboard but not a big enough factor to sway my decision on purchase..the sound and feel is incredible. Compared to my elite i personally think it's a step up.love the color and the finish.action and tuning was dang near perfect right outta the box.The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay,that's probably my only complaint other than fretboard finish,but overall I am glad I purchased it.

The Fender American Ultra Telecaster is the nicest guitar I've ever owned or played and I've had a lot of guitars. From the rolled edges on the fretboard making the neck nice and comfortable to the noiseless single coil pickups which live up to the name. The locking tuners, strap locks and the S1 system makes this a remarkable guitar. From the beautiful Cobra Blue finish to the high end case. This guitar has it all. Very playable and amazing sound makes this a great value.
