I haven’t owned a pure Telecaster until now and this didn’t disappoint. I also own a Parallel Universe model, this sounds different. It plays nice and was set up perfectly out of the box. The tones are so nice. I was able to get the pure and bright tones along with some outstanding crunch from this guitar. It plays beautifully and looks outstanding. The case is also very high end. I own several elite Strats and this is right up there.

zZounds is great.I have bought some guitars from Sweetwater that claims to inspect their guitars,but when you get them they play awful,have fingerprints,scratches on them and the person that sold it to you avoids you.I wanted this exact model and I got the only one available in stock.It had a few finish flaws I wish it hadn't had that slipped through Fenders QC radar,but zZounds made right on it,they didn't have another one in stock to send me,or any more coming from a couple months,so i kept it.Other than the finish flaws,what a great guitar.All the important things,fretwork,feel of neck,fretwork,sound are there.I would higher ,strongly advise if you want a really cool telecaster to get yourself one of these.I had given up on Fender,just didn't gel with their guitars for about 20 years ,but they listened to what people wanted and are making some of best stuff they have in decades at moment.I would also strongly suggest doing business with zZounds.I was even lucky enough to get the December Fender payment plan zZounds offers once a year.Finish flaws aside I'm very happy with this guitar.

Between 2018 and 2020 I bought both the Pro Strat and Tele in the Three Color Sunbursts. Both are excellent guitars, feels and plays like a dream, they sound real good and are well balanced and the necks feel wonderful in the hand. No flaws detected. zZounds got it to me real fast as usual. I never had issues with them so I can't speak on manufacturers' support, all I know is thus far I really enjoy playing them.

I wanted a telecaster style guitar,as been mainly playing a Suhr classic for years.So i bought a Fender Ultra and had bad issues,so i bought a Fender ProAmii tele in mystic surf green from zZounds around Christmas.Cool color,looks cool,sounds decent ,has decent appointments to it. Which i could afford a Suhr tele,or had bought a G&L ASAT.Fender guitars are total garbage.It has taken me almost six months to be able to play this tele,four luthiers before one could figure out how to repair it.It needed to have frets removed,fingerboard planed,refretted.Neck has humps,is twisted,good luck,Fender has no customer service,all zZounds would offer is knocking $100 or so off the price.Fender used to be great,they make,sell garbage these days.I will never buy another Fender ever again.Ive always had good exeriences with zZounds except with a couple guitars,this tele and a Les Paul Classic.Do yourself a favor but a Ibanez,a G&L ,a PRS ,do not support Fender,they will rip you off.
