EVH Eddie Van Halen Striped Series Electric Guitar, Left-Handed

Lefties haven't been "left" out this time -- the EVH Striped Series left-handed electric has jumbo frets, a Floyd Rose with a D-Tuna, and screaming EVH tone.

I really like this guitar and my favorite out of my collection of 10 guitars. The only caveat is it didnt ship with a hard case. I mean c'mon seriously for 1,100 Eddie couldn't throw in a custom hard case instead it being shipped In a cardboard box. It's not like he's broke or something. Do for the fans Eddie lol. Otherwise it's an awesome sounding guitar and it feels good in the hands.

I have had this guitar for a few months now, I love it more and more as days go by. it is extremely tolerant and stable in alternate tunings, and 8 times out of 10, pulling the D Tuna brings it into perfect tuning in drop D, and the other two times it is a minor twist of the fine tuner. I did have some trouble finding which EVH case was best suited for it, but the customer support at Fender made sure I (eventually) got the exact right one, and they were great. I am not an Eddie fanboy, I appreciate him very much, but the features on this guitar were the deciding factor, and the paintjob was secondary. That being said, the paintjob is really well done, and the hardware and appointments on the guitar are of the highest quaility. ( I will throw in with the other reviewer, at that price point a case would probably be a good thing to include)
