"AMAZING GITAR FOR AMAZING PRICE"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
i think that it have been a great adqisition, in a future I'll buy a gibson and that will probably will be my last gitar, maybe in 2012. this is a great medium-hig quality product, and its great for people who is learning, or have been learning for few years and the have a nice level(medum-semi proffesional players)
Sound
the sound of this gitar is amazing, is sounds like a gibson of medium quality. Its a deep sound, with really heavy pickups. its great for heavy metal, hard rock and rock, it sounds pretty cool in the clean channel. YOU CANT PLAY PUNK, POP, or something in that way, this gitar its too heavy for it. I think its the best of epiphone.
Features
its heavier than other sg, but it still having a nice weight.the black finish is amazing, its like a black mirror. the humbucker are gibson and you will hear thee diference between the others g-400.
Ease of Use
its very easy to play, and when you put the selector in tne treeble position its esasy make armonics scream, and rhythm position ist deep and defined.
Quality
it dont seem to be an epiphone, actually its a nice job by hands of the korean luthiers, but maybe you'll got some problems with the tune o matic (nothing imporant, i mean, i'vent make any changes in it) but you can store in to your own taste.
The Wow Factor
its diferrent, beauty, and original. in my point of view, there are a lot of nice finishes and kinds of gitars but i love the sg body, and the dark black with the crosses in the neck are the best combination i've ever seen, i just miss the gibson logo.
