I bought the citrus sparkle. I ordered a hard case as well not knowing the guitar comes in a gig bag i must of missed that in the discription. The guitar was in bad shape. Atleast 5 high frets, 2 string fuerells on back of guitar were crooked and not in all the way. And the treble side tuning pegs were not aligned straight. Bridge was raised almost all the way up on bass side just a little on the treble side. So zzounds offered an 85.00 credit to keep it. I thought that was a joke but i work on my own guitars anyway so it was just time for me. So after i leveled and polished the frets put a roller bridge and tusq. Nut yea the original nut was cut bad. Then i had to reem out the string holes in the body so the strings were not touching the paint and wood. Now they rest on the v stop bar she is a great guitar i must say. With crooked tuners on the treble side but thats a project for another time. But it does sound and play great i only wish it arrived like it is now. I cant see this being anything to do with the gibson custom shop. Hope you have better luck with yours if you buy one. Rock on!!
