"Great bass"
This bass was my first bass guitar and I have owned it for about 4 years, It is a very well playing bass and light for its size, the neck is nice and slim compared to most Epiphones I have played. It is probably one of my favorite Epiphones in my collection.
Sound
It has a nice simple P bass setup, it doesn't sound the best in a cheaper amp, but it sounds great with a nicer more powerful amp. Like most Epiphone basses I have owned or played the pickups I find are kind of underwhelming.
Features
The bass is simple, the tone you can get out of this bass is pretty much the same all around the board. The volume knob came loose and the electronics weren't grounded properly. I had to repair this bass quite a few times from use, but I like how playable it is, I like the neck and the light feel of this bass. Was so much lighter than the Squier P I had.
Ease of Use
The bass is very playable and easy to use.
Quality
The bass is not the best quality concerning the electronics. I constantly had to fix mine and tighten things.
Value
The bass was a nice price, It was worth the money.
Manufacturer Support
Never used any.
The Wow Factor
The bass looks nice, mine is pretty scratched but I still love it. I mainly use Fenders nowadays but the body shape of the bass appealed to me when I bought it.

"Not A Bad Bass"
This was my first bass, I think I bought it back in 2008 or something. I was just getting into guitars back then and did not know too much about guitars. If I had of been more inclined back then I probably would have purchased a Squier affinity bass. It is not a bad bass for under 300 bucks, I think I paid about 250 or so for it.
Sound
The sound is not bad, it is not the most versatile bass in the world. For some reason I find the bass sounds pretty warm and mellow. I have used it in good amps, the amp obviously can make any bass sound better. The bass kind of sounds at home more in classic rock I would say.
Features
The bridge is not the best, all it has is a set of split-coil precision style pickups that I find very underpowered and basic volume and tone. The hardware I find very flimsy as I have had numerous problems with everything over the years. The only thing I really do like is the weight of the bass seems to be pretty light compared to my other basses.
Ease of Use
The bass is very playable, I find the neck very smooth and pretty slim. It is a good bass for beginners and weights a fraction of the weight of a Squier bass. The sound of this bass is pretty good in the right settings.
Quality
The construction of the bass is alright, but the hardware and the electronics are terrible, it was never grounded properly. I finally fixed it for good with lock tite.
Value
Id prefer a Squier myself, made better and sound better for a cheaper price.
Manufacturer Support
I have dealt with the company before, not with this bass directly but other basses and they were pretty helpful.
The Wow Factor
The bass is a little on the plain and ugly side. My favorite part of the bass is the nice weight and the slim profile of the neck.
Musical Background:
playing for around 5 years in a band. Mainly play bass, sometimes guitar.
Musical Style:
Classic Rock, Blues, Grunge, Alternative, Punk, Prog Rock.

"Great beginner bass!"
This is a great beginner bass! Even though it falls short in some parts, this is still definitely a keeper
Sound
The sound isnt that good, not as powerful as other basses, but has a special feel to it imho. sounds good with a good amp
Features
very basic, just one precision pickup, but its probaby all you need if your a beginer
Ease of Use
Just plug and play. With only one knob for tone, its just a matter of playing
Quality
This is where the bass lets me down. I took apart the bridge and pickups for cleaning, and i noticed the wood wasnt even sanded properly. The electronics box thing also isnt grounded properly
Value
Yeah very good cheap bass!
Manufacturer Support
never used the warranty
The Wow Factor
the shape is super sexy, has its own unique appeal, unlike those squire, fender, fender knock-offs you see. The contoured body is great. Mines in black, which is even better.
