I've been an EV mic user for years, in rock bands with the ND757 and 767 and most recently with the RE410 in countless acoustic solo/duo/trio gigs. i always loved the lift and clarity of the RE410 so when the 420 came out in bought it as an upgrade. Same vocal lift and clarity that I love with better pattern control and finish.
