I’m a keyboardist who was looking for a better distortion for the organ sounds on my VR09 than the built-in one. This item did not give me that, but the volume and tone controls improved the organ sounds and everything else! Brass, piano, strings, Rhodes are all brighter and crisper without being harsh. Though it didn’t do what I intended it did something else I’m very happy with.
