I've had and do have several nice overdrives, and this one is my favorite. It pairs nicely with a Timmy, and it cuts really well through the mix. The tone has several uses from Green Day to Oasis to Modern Rock and even Praise and Worship. Solos sound amazing with cut and clarity. I currently play it through a Vox AC30, but I've also played it through a Crate Vintage Club 20. It will probably sound good with most any tube amp. I like it so much that I bought a V2 to back up my V1.
