I am new to drumming, but this pedal feels so heavy and solid and yet smooth action that I am adjusting to it quickly. I don't have anything to compare it to, other than the kits that I tried at the local music store, and this pedal holds its own with the best of them. It has several adjustments for spring, reach and others but it shipped perfectly tuned for me.

When my old pedal snapped in half after years of punishment, I searched frantically online for a worthy replacement. Zzounds.com had exactly what I needed. This kick pedal is a vast improvement over my previous pedal, and for an amazing price.

I have been a drummer for over 55 years. my first set of drums were made by theSlingerland back in the 50,s.Later I had Pearl and Tama all acoustic. Ten years agoI moved into a condo so I sold my drums.3 years ago I purchased a set of Alesis DM6 drums.the drums were great just what I needed for living in a condo. I playedthem every day an my neighbors never heard a thing. This past Dec.i moved up to Dm10 set.set and I was blown away by the sound. The drums are the best purchase I have made in years. the drum sounds are unbelievable .the rack and all parts are of goodquality and they look great.

The drums are great. The throne broke and I was lied to about the warranty and then sent to another company who was horrible to me. Called ZZounds back and was basically told to pound sand. I will never purchase anything from this site again and I have pending reviews on a bunch of sites to warn others. So disappointed with the customer service. At least I know now for the future.

Musical Background:

10 years guitar and drums

Musical Style:

rock, jazz, blues
