DR Strings DDT Drop Down Tuning Bass Strings

Drop tune confidently with these DR DDT bass strings. They lock right into tune with very few adjustments, and keep their intonation at lower tunings.

Sound
great sound. these strings are pretty bright sounding which is what i like, they almost sound like stainless strings, i dont know if they are but in drop c they sound very clear.
Features
seem to have a small outer winding so that they are smoother than more rugged strings.
Ease of Use
these strings are just like they say super stable so you can drop your action and play fast.
Quality
the only problem i have with these strings is that the E string broke on me at the saddle of the bridge. it might have just been a lemon or something but i was in drop C so it didnt have hard tension on it and shouldnt have broken even with heavy picking. this was about two weeks after they were strung up.
Value
these strings are expensive but then again theyre hand made so. . .

"DR are good strings but 55-115 doesnt fit in factory nuts, WARNING"

you'll have to mostly likely, modify your nut on your bass to get these strings to work, which if you ever want to go back to a lighter string you may need a new nut, frown:( these strings didnt work for me, but im not giving them a bad rating, DR are usually good stuff, just wanted to throw out the warning for the strings not fitting in the nut
