"Dean Dime Razorback RUST Review (Great Guitar)"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Excellent guitar. Must have if you're a metal enthusiast. Will always have this axe till im in my coffin. Everything about this guitar i like; the action, the feel of the neck, the finish, the sound and the personal feel you get with it. A gem among other Dime series'. If you want my opinion go for a Razorback or maybe if you're short on money then maybe a FBD(far beyond driven) series. AVOID 333's! ST Pros are also another good choice.
Sound
Fantastic axe. If you're looking for a hard ear biting sound then look no further! The combination of the dimebucker and dimarzio pickups (also used by vai) come together to pull out a sound that will never let you down and will please those loyal Pantera/Damageplan fans.
Features
The hardware on this thing is brilliant, quite good components used. And a good little floyd rose tremolo; oh and i got a hardcase with it.
Quality
Very good build quality. Nice and firm guitar; has a certain "won't let you down" aura :P. Must be looked after if on the road as there are a fair amount of well jagged bits which could be knocked, chipped or handled badly(watch out for the stock). I use this guitar as a main guitar along with my LP, but my LP takes center stage mostly. Finish is great; goes perfectly with the type of sound it produces. May be to an acquired taste though.
Value
Abit expensive, but well worth it if you're after that "wow" dimebag sound we all admire.
Manufacturer Support
No contact with the company, so an inbetweeny.
The Wow Factor
To me, this guitar looks f**king sexy. Brutal look, and if used correctly on stage with the right hands can have the audience eating out of your hand :P.
