Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
After I purchased it and gave it several days,I quickly took it back before my time was up for a refund.
Sound
All sounds were metalic to me, hardly any warmth. Tried it direct and through a tube amp not very happy either way. I did not think this pedal would do it all but I did expect more for the price.
Features
This pedal did include a power supply. I wish they all did that. The little bag was so small almost impossible to fit the product in.
Quality
It seems very well built and sturdy.
Value
For just $50.00 more you could buy the first POD 2.0 and have a much greater and usful product.
Manufacturer Support
Never have dealt with them.
The Wow Factor
The ads sure drew my attention and it was a great looking product. The concept was a very good idea but did not live up to it's billing.

"I know why it's called crossroads, as thats where I wanted to throw it!!"

First off, if you use this in a pedal chain, prepare for a headache, It caused so much interference and tone killing, that I about gave up on it straight away.. the redeemable feature, an the only one to me was the acoustic setting, as it is a decent acoustic sound without plugging in a separate guitar, but I gladly will now.... So about a month afrer I had this on one of my boards I started to notice some interference(volume drops, speaker pops and tonal death) I though it may have been my amps, so I had them checked out, an mind you I run about 22 pedals on two boards. My guy couldn't find anything wrong with the amps, so I went back to the studio and started trouble shooting..... this took a few hours and the end result was the crossroads was ruining my entire set up. This is not the first digitech nightmare I have experienced over the years, so long story short..... Save your money!! Most of their pedals are junk and mainly for hobbyist players..... Thats my two cents, an hopefully you heed my warning......
