D'Addario ECB82 Chromes Flatwound Bass Strings (Medium Gauge, Long Scale)

Flattened "ribbon" wire is polished with a smooth finish to produce mellow, yet rich, low end tone that is never too flabby and always tight.

Have been using these stings on my Basses for almost 12 years now. Both my Basses are 4 string Ibanez Soundgears. One is a vintage SR400FL fretless, & the other is an SR540ZWBBT, with Bart. MK1's.These strings are supper smooth & strong, & won't tear up your fingerboard, frets,, & fingers.I get at least a few years out of a set, with playing around 2hrs. a week average.Always put a new set on the SR540 first, & then transfer that set on to the Fretless, for a couple of years more.

Musical Background:

Started playing instruments @ around 8. Have been ''seriously'' playing Bass for about 12 years.

Musical Style:

Classic rock, classic R&B,, FUNK, & Disco.
