I've owned this guitar for 3 months. It arrived perfectly set up and ready to play. I did change the strings.I absolutely love this guitar. The neck is perfect. Edges and fret ends smooth. The pickups are very dynamic and hot, but, clean up very sweetly as you roll the volume back.Priced like an entry level guitar, but, it's fit and finish, and sounds rival my Fender and Gibson guitars that were 3 times it's price. If you want that T-style sound and feel, this guitar has it, and then some.Buy with confidence.

Out of the box , this is one good looking guitar in hand - I bought the black with maple neck. Attention to detail - the build of this guitar , will make even guitar snobs appreciate it. It’s a keeper and will be a daily player for some time - my new favorite. The pickup combination is well balanced and allows you to cover a variety of music , it’s not just a Twanger …Bridge pickup - think hot Texas blues in bridgeP90 - Just like a creamy Gibson P90 sound in neckThis guitar is well crafted and is worth more , sort of a middle of the road price in comparison to other high end makers. This guitar can hang with the big boys.Overall , am very happy with purchase and think others would be too. Thanks again zZounds !

"First Chapman! (after much debate)"

First off - about my 15th guitar from zZounds. And about 35 guitars have passed through my hands over 44 years before I selected this ML3. T-body guitars have always agreed with me, and I wanted this, my LAST electric, to be a “T”, and wanted it to be unique. First “P90” equipped). After reading comments of the guitar being “light weight”, and the listing describing the guitar as 7.7 lbs - I was worried - I HATE light guitars. I was pleasantly stunned when I lifted an approximate 8.4lb ML3 out of the box!! Gotta good chunka wood, and happy about that! Only slight nitpicks (besides increasingly unreliable and unpredictable FedEx ground shipping) would be the neck surface, which - while it has a great vintage looking tint, the backside isn’t exactly Fender-esque in the satin department. It’s gonna get a very light buffing & oil rub. The Ernie Ball razor wire will be expeditiously shown the garbage can.

"Worst I’ve ever owned"

The guitar is unusually heavy (8.5 pounds) - acoustically it feels “dead”. Fret edges sharp, ironically right at the infinity symbol. For a “traditional” guitar - fretboard radius fairly flat, feels like 12-14 - too flat to chord or bend. Reselling it immediately, lucky if I get 1/2 the price. May just donate to music school or something. I really wanted to like this one….
