When I saw the metallic teal color; I had to have it. This guitar plays and sounds great right out of the box (it was even still in tune when I opened it up) but plays better with a little bit of setup. I currently have it tuned to E1-A1-E2-A2-D3-F#3 (E1 is an octave lower than standard) with 16-80 gauge strings. I had to file the nut a little to accommodate the thicker strings, but that's normal. The fit and finish are pretty good but not perfect. The pickup routs are aren't amazing, and mine has a little finish blemish near one of the pickup holes. It's only noticeable if you're looking for it. Those are just nitpicks, though. For the price I wish it had active pickups, but the Seymour Duncan Pegasus and Sentient still sound brutal. Overall, it's a great guitar that feels and sounds great.
