I purchased one for an old 10" cabinet and wasn't too impressed at first, but after a couple of weeks it smoothed out. Very hard to beat this for the $$. Amazing sound with a Gibson Les Paul, a Blackstar single/1 watt head, and the G10. Great classic rock tones, easy to record. Sounds just as good with an American Strat plugged into a 100 watt Katana head, and right into that G10. Hard to believe it's the same speaker dishing out such epic mojo through two completey different sounding set-ups. Wow, just wow... Ordering another for sure.

Sound
I'm using these in a 4X10 closed back cab. They're very musical, full range, without being "hi-fi". I'm a roots player - blues, alt-country. No shred. No metal. For what I'm doing, these are the best I've ever used.
Quality
They seem to be really well made. Nice heavy baskets. They've been completely reliable.

Celestion G10 Vintage Customer Review
Incredible sounding speaker, best 10 inch on the market.
Sound
I put this in a Fender Super Champ XD and i could not believe the improvement in sound , depth and accuracy of the amp emulating features. Warm , rich sound with great bass, mids and highs and almost the depth of 12 inch speaker.
Quality
suprisingly good made in china celestion
