Quality
This, by far, has to be the worst cable I've ever owned. It is a light gauge cable and the connectors are poorly made. It failed *just outside* the 30 day warranty period. It did come with my mic package (mic, stand, cable), so it was practically for free, which is why I'm not too upset. However, I would have gladly paid more initially for a better quality cable to be included. Even though I have not used this cable in performance, I can definitely say it is not road worthy. I've had cables that had really harsh treatment on the road and outlasted this one by years.
Manufacturer Support
I could have pursued this as it was still covered under manufacturers warranty, but decided it wasn't worth it. David @ Zzsounds was helpful and offered me a discount on a different cable. My only disappointment was that I feel a 60 day warranty would be much more useful (which is why I shaved a point off).

I am overall satisfied with the product.
Sound
Used them last night, sound was fine.

Mic cables, what can you say?

Quality
Hey, they are economy cables. They do not appear sturdy enough for heavy-duty use. I used them for my drum mics, which have a fairly low amount of tension.

"Break After a Few Months"

I am the sound engineer for a bar and grill. We have weekly live performances in our venue. The CBI 20 foot cables you get bundled with mics seem nice at first. The cables are thick in appearance, but it's mostly the outer sleeve. The cables inside are probably 20 gauge on the lead wires and about 16 to 18 gauge on the ground wire. The problems started a few months after using them for weekly shows. I have 4 of these in total, and ALL of them have failed. The wires inside would break off of their posts. The soldering job was poor from the manufacture. The wires were not tinned correctly and appeared to have cold solder joints.I fixed them by soldering them properly, but have broken again since at least twice. The 20 gauge wire just doesn't seem durable enough for the kind of abuse cables go through during live performances. As well as I try to route cables to prevent them from being stepped on or having heavy cabs or equipment put on them, it never works out 100% once shows are under way. Performers move around a lot on stage and eventually things get tugged or stepped on.I would recommend that people avoid these cables with bundles and just buy some better ones unless you only plan on using them in a studio where they won't be subject to stage abuse!

I bought 6 less than 6 months ago and have systematically thrown them all away. Nothing like your karaoke singer's mics cutting out mid song.

Trashed them first day. Not worth sending back. No one should not be allowed to sell this crap.
Features
Wire is flimsy weak junk. Plugs don't work in new jacks like the good one's are Switchcraft or Speakon. Don't Waste your time with these. Most times won't even plug in and make connection
Ease of Use
If it don't plug in and make connection, then obviously this is useless. Wasted time and money.
Quality
CRAP.
Value

"VERY poor quality cable."

Quality
Extremely poor quality. Two of three cables failed in less than 7 months. The wire is flimsy and solder connections are VERY poor. I finally trashed them all.
