"Decent budget piano"

This piano is not going to fill a grand ball room. It is loud enough for a medium sized living room. It was fairly easy to put together, I recommend having two people do it to be safe. It isn't particularly heavy as individual pieces, but it can be awkward to move the pieces around. The sound is decent enough, but you won't mistake it for a baby grand. Also, when you play some keys together it may sound a little off from a real piano. The keys do feel nice to the touch and they are weighted decent. The pedals are decent enough and match what a real piano does. The material looks nice at a distance and it doesn't have the cheap MDF problems so far.Overall, I think it is about the minimum someone should get if they want something nice enough to display and are looking for casual playing and entertainment.
