This is an incredible acoustic shield.! Absolutely Perfect for a Home recording studio. Wether just starting out, or a Proffessional that's well on the way to a great recording setup this is the perfect addition for any recording studio or vocal booth. Solid, well build and a good value. The foam is of excellent quality, as is the hardware it comes with. In my case, my room is partially treated for sound so it was not very effective. The worse your room acoustics are the more useful it should be for you.

First off, I was impressed by how easy it attaches and detaches. It doesn't completely block all sound but it's still a huge difference rather than not having a sound absorber. I recommend this to anyone who needs more clarity and/or just knows that their room isn't sound proof. The heavier the mic stand the better cause the CAD does make the stand top heavy.

If ur using it as a home studio this is what is going to give u quality for a low and fair price... Well worth getting it..not heavy but not flimsy. ...good quality not the greatest but the Vocals turn out clear.....
